Employment Tribunal Advocates
Tribuna was launched in June 2026 to provide affordable representation at Employment Tribunals across the UK for SME business owners. Since our launch the uptake has been phenomenal, and we are recruiting to meet the demand for our services.
What we're looking for
At least two years' Employment Tribunal representation and advocacy experience.
Ideally trained as either a Barrister or a Solicitor — a current practice certificate is not necessary.
Full time or part-time, employed or self-employed — our roles are built around you.
All roles are remote, with occasional meetings in Leeds.
